Special Event Rentals has been in business since 1992 and has established itself as the leader in the Event/Wedding/Corporate rental business from Oakville to Niagara. We supply Tents, Chairs, Tables, Staging, Tradeshow, Dishware, Cutlery, Glassware, linen and caterers requirements to any and all sizes of events throughout the year. We pride ourselves on the quality of equipment, the services we offer and the staff we have and hire. From Sales to Delivery to Order Prep, we have team members that have been with us from 3 to 26 years mostly due to the environment we have created and the family-oriented way we treat each and every member. - Full-Time “D” licence Driver/truck loading/unloading/Tent install/dismantle/crew leader/tent order prep 1 – opening
- Full-Time Tent crew member 1 opening
- Seasonal (May to December 31) furniture order prep staff (cleaning, re-inventorying furniture, order-prep) 3 openings
- Seasonal (May to December 31) dish prep staff (unpacking and racking dirty dishware and cutlery to go through industrial dish machine) 1 opening
- Seasonal (May to December 31) dish prep staff (inspecting clean dishware and cutlery exiting the industrial dish machine) 2/3 openings – additional pay if able to do job 5 & 6 as required
- Seasonal (May to December 31) dish prep staff (unpacking and racking dirty glassware to go through industrial dish machine, re-boxing, bagging, sealing and re-inventorying) 1 opening
- Seasonal (May to December 31) glassware prep staff (inspecting dirty glassware exiting the industrial dish machine) 1 opening
- Seasonal (May to December 31) order builder (build orders from clean inventory and skid) 1 opening
- Seasonal (May to December 31) dish/glass/wash/prep staff/rover (able to be put in any area as required each day) 1 opening – additional pay if able and willing to do job 5,6,7,8 & 9 as required
- Seasonal (May to December 31) truck drivers helper (cleaning, re-inventorying furniture, order-prep) 3 openings
- Seasonal (May to December 31) tent set up crew (truck loading/unloading/Tent install/dismantle) 4 openings
- Seasonal (May to December 31) cube van driver (truck loading/unloading/delivery/pick up)
- Seasonal (May to November 31) Tent Order prep (picking tent orders for next days orders/re-inventorying tent components/cleaning tent fabric as required) 1 opening
- Seasonal (May to November 31) Tent Cleaning person (cleaning tent roof panels/walls/gable ends)
- Part time (April to January) all positions/evenings/weekends
- Seasonal Afternoon shift (May to October 31) Driver/helper/dish machine/glass machine/tents/order prep
